1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of camberautomotive.com. They are website terms, and they are short because this website does little: it describes what Camber Automotive is and how to reach us.

They do not govern the Camber platform. Access to the platform, and the services Camber provides to dealerships, are governed by a separate written agreement between Camber and that dealership. If you are a dealership employee logging in to the platform, the terms that apply to you are in that agreement, not on this page.

Camber Automotive is a trade name used by Christopher Kohanyi, a sole proprietor located in Florida ("Camber", "we", "us", "our").

2. Using this website

You may read this website and contact us through it. You may not attempt to interfere with it, probe or test its security, use it to distribute unlawful or malicious material, or access any part of it you were not intended to reach.

3. Content on this website

The text, design, and marks on this website belong to Camber. You may quote or link to the site with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

4. No advice, and no guarantee of results

Nothing on this website is legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer or a commitment to provide services. Descriptions of what Camber does are descriptions, not promises of any particular outcome.

The website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of error.

5. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third party, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

6. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short, this website sets no cookies and makes no external requests, so browsing it collects nothing about you.

7. YouTube API Services

The Camber platform uses YouTube API Services to publish video to a dealership's own YouTube channel, at that dealership's direction and using its own authorization.

By using Camber Automotive's services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

Google's handling of information collected through YouTube API Services is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Camber's access to your Google account at any time through the Google security settings page.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
